Pottery Barn x Deepika Padukone Candle ($99)

As soon as I opened the box, I got a fragrant whiff of florals and warm, woody notes from this candle — the perfect combination. The six-wick candle is massive so I recommend using it in larger areas like a master bedroom or a living room, especially in spaces with an open floor plan so that the scent can linger throughout the home.

The candle is described as a santal and rose scent, and it has notes of sandalwood, rosewood, violet, patchouli, Moroccan rose, and verbena. It's a beautifully layered scent — in one breath I notice the fragrant rose notes, and in the next, I can feel the warmth and depth of the woodiness. Although it will definitely take a while to burn through this candle, once it is done I can still use the neutral-toned glass bowl as a catch-all, fruit bowl, or a decor item I can display.
