The actress and entrepreneur, who was pumped to be sitting behind Britney Spears at the Billboard Music Awards 2016, showed up to the red carpet in Las Vegas in an all-black ensemble of a Zuhair Murad see-through, long-sleeved minidress paired with over-the-knee high-heel boots — a true departure from the many other soft and girlie dresses she has worn this year on the red carpet.
