Aug. 28, 2016 will always be a sad day in the history of Latin music: Juan Gabriel, the Mexican songwriter who has delighted us all with his music and voice for more than 40 years, has passed away in Santa Monica. The beloved star, whose real name is Alberto Aguilera Valadez, suffered a heart attack after his concert at the Los Angeles Forum on Aug. 27, reported Univision. The music legend, known as El Divo de Juárez and singer of anthems like "El Noa Noa" and "Hasta Que Te Conocí," will never be forgotten.
