A royal must always be prepared — that's probably what Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, who was born in Argentina, was thinking when she got dressed to attend the anniversary celebration of the Moluccan community in the Netherlands. The queen wore a tan hat and raincoat to protect herself from the drizzle hitting the outdoor event. Last time the Dutch monarch made an appearance, during Prince's Day in early September, her gorgeous floral gown was not the ideal outfit for the rainy weather.
