Salma Hayek stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! to promote her new movies Septembers of Shiraz and The Prophet and ended up doing everything from smashing Jimmy's face into a cake to talking about her daughter's businesslike manners. But one of the funniest moments of the night came when Jimmy asked Salma how many languages are spoken at home (since she lives in France with her family but speaks Spanish and English too) and wondered which language was Salma's favorite to curse in. Without any hesitation, the actress and producer chose Spanish, saying some curse words are just "delicious" and because they tend to be longer phrases, they give you time to "build the anger." Salma then went on to hilariously try to describe some bad words that can also be used as "compliments" without actually saying the curses on TV.

Later in the interview, Salma celebrated her 49th birthday with Jimmy as she recounted the time Antonio Banderas gifted her two monkeys, named Mariachi and Carolina, while they filmed Desperado 20 years ago. Watch part of the interview below, and keep scrolling to see Salma expertly hit a piñata in heels and a little black dress, then check out what makes Salma proud to be a Latina.
