The host of the 2016 Teen Choice Awards is ready to party. Victoria Justice showed up to the red carpet at The Forum in Los Angeles in a superfun Versace minidress with sexy cutouts and an abstract print perfect for the award show. But we shouldn't even be surprised — Victoria has made a mark with stylish and risk-taking outfit choices at past events, wearing everything from a sparkly all-over dress at the Premios Juventud to cape dresses and even a naked dress at an amfAR gala earlier in the year.
