It looks like the rumors were true! On Jan. 14, Selena Gomez dropped her highly-anticipated Spanish-language single titled "De Una Vez," following the 2018 release of her "Taki Taki" collaboration with Cardi B and Ozuna. The pop ballad is all about healing and overcoming heartbreak, and the video sees her wearing a pink floral dress as she dances around a retro home. "This is the beginning of something I've wanted to explore for so long," Gomez tweeted. "I hope you love it as much as I do."

Gomez's father is of Mexican descent, and the singer has previously opened up about wanting to learn Spanish. "When my family came here from Mexico they set into motion my American story, as well as theirs," Gomez said in a virtual graduation video back in May. "I'm a proud third-generation American-Mexican." Watch the video for "De Una Vez" above now.
