Coffin Pool Float

There's a Coffin Pool Float Now, So We Can Rest in Peace This Summer

When you're on vacation, you want a chance to be really, truly restful. While there have been some amazing pool floats hitting the shelves recently — from giant unicorns to beer pong inflatables — they might not have necessarily been doing it for you. So how about lounging in a blow-up coffin, complete with lid, instead? Yep, you read that right. Three years ago, Canadian designer Andrew Greenbaum and his friend, interior designer Ian Felton, invented exactly that, and they have now found a way to make their (let's be honest here) quite creepy pool float dream come true.

Greenbaum recently got his hands on the very first sample, and he is now looking to get his inflatable design manufactured. "Truth be told thou, we about $15,000 short from being able to sell this to ya'll," he explained on his Instagram. "Let us know if you think a kickstarter would be a cool idea or if you have a rich daddy who wanna invest." Of course, thousands of people have already expressed an interest in this unique creation, and some have even made requests to have it in black and dark purple. Whatever floats your boat!
