Faced With a Tragic Diagnosis, This Teen Had His Dream Wedding

Pennsylvania teen Luke Blanock has been battling Ewing's sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, since he was 16. Two years, 24 rounds of chemotherapy, and two surgeries later, Luke has tragically learned that his cancer has spread and is terminal.

Faced with the news, Luke set out to fulfill his wish of marrying his high school sweetheart, Natalie Britvich. Thanks in part to a GoFundMe page set up by Luke's family and various donations from local vendors, the two had their dream wedding with 200 guests in attendance.

In an interview with local station WPXI, Luke's grandmother Rosemary Nikas expressed how "over the moon" he was. She also shared something incredibly touching that Luke had said: "I'm not marrying Natalie to make her a widow — I'm marrying Natalie to spend 50 years with her."

Luke shared a sweet photo of himself and Natalie on Twitter with the phrase, "Getting married," adding an "lol" because after all, he's still a teenager.
