20 '90s Couples' Costumes for Halloween

This couples' Halloween costume is inspired by another memorable '90s cartoon, "Doug." To dress as Doug, simply wear khaki shorts and a green vest (or cut the sleeves off a green t-shirt to go the easy DIY route).
