This Couple Skipped the Big Wedding For a Special Glacier Mountain Elopement

Briana and Jacob are high school sweethearts, and by the time of their wedding, they'd already been engaged for four years. They spent that time graduating college, starting their careers, building a home, and planning their dream nuptials. The two ultimately decided to elope after discussing every possible wedding scenario and felt that having an intimate ceremony without anyone else in attendance would be the best for them.

Their goal as a couple was to take as many adventures as possible, so when it came to their special day, they knew it was the perfect opportunity to do both. After considering different places and themes, they finally settled on a glacier mountain elopement in Montana. Jacob and Briana traveled from the East Coast, and though it was difficult not having family surrounding them on their wedding day, they wanted to make sure that it was truly theirs.

Leading up to their "I dos," they spent the entire day relaxed and present. The two slept in, had breakfast together, went for a morning hike, read at the Many Glacier Hotel, enjoyed a lunch at a small cafe, napped, got ready together, and then walked arm in arm to where they'd say their vows. The scenery was just stunning, and the couple wouldn't have traded their elopement for anything else.
