When Donald Trump first touted his campaign slogan "Make America Great Again" (which he likely lifted from Ronald Reagan), many Americans were left wondering: since when was America not great? Well, some kind Canadians appear in a new video reminding Americans that their country is indeed already great, despite a tumultuous election that might suggest otherwise.
The video is a project from a marketing agency called The Garden, according to USA Today. Sharing the compilation on their blog, the Garden wrote, "The election has exposed some pretty scary realities that will likely challenge them for years to come, regardless of who's elected." Since the election has been full of disturbing comments and revelations, the Garden wrote that their ultimate goal was to remind Americans that people still think they are awesome, despite how bad it seems.
The Canadians in the video listed many notable reasons to praise the US, but we'll certainly pat ourselves on the back for the reminder that we invented the internet, our national park systems protect some of the most beautiful places on earth, and that we dream big.
#TellAmericaItsGreat was also trending on Twitter; here are some of the highlights:

The video closes with one final request, "Stay great, America." We'll certainly try.
