15-Year-Old’s Bold Black History Drawing Wins Google’s National Doodle Contest

Akilah Johnson won the Doodle 4 Google contest, in which she honored her black heritage. Her drawing — called "My Afrocentric Life" — showcases everything from her own childhood experiences to "Black Lives Matter."
