The Obama farewells get more emotional by the day. Michelle Obama shared a moving message to Instagram and Twitter on Wednesday, two days before she officially steps down as first lady. "Being your First Lady has been the honor of a lifetime. From the bottom of my heart, thank you," she wrote alongside a photo of her and President Barack Obama looking at the Washington Monument from the White House.
The photo has gotten hundreds of thousands of "likes" on each platform.
