- More bad news for Donald Trump. With nearly two weeks left until election day, the latest national polls show him trailing behind Hillary Clinton by double digits. According to one ABC News national survey, Clinton has soared to a 12-percentage-point lead among likely voters, beating Trump 50 percent to 38 percent. It's her highest — and his lowest — number to date in ABC polls.
- Girl Scout Cookies for breakfast? Yes, please! General Mills announced it will officially release a Girl Scout Cookies Cereal in January 2017. The two flavors we know about so far are Thin Mints and Samoas-inspired Caramel Crunch, two of the most iconic cookies around.
- Tom Hayden, a legendary civil rights and anti-Vietnam activist, died Sunday night at age 76. Hayden continued his work after the 1960s by serving for almost two decades in the California State Assembly and Senate. He was once married to actress Jane Fonda and died as a result of complications related to a stroke.
- No way President Obama is letting the work he's done over the past eight years go to waste. The president is endorsing 150 Democratic state senate and assembly candidates across 20 states, according to a Politico report. The unprecedented move comes as an effort to take back control of the legislature from Republicans.
