Joanna and Chip Gaines of HGTV's Fixer Upper are conquering the world with their design know-how and Texas charm. The couple's Magnolia Homes brand is on a meteoric rise with the addition of — wait for it — its very own magazine, The Magnolia Journal.

It was just announced that the power couple is teaming up with the Meredith Corporation, which publishes Martha Stewart Living and Better Homes and Gardens, to create a quarterly lifestyle magazine. The magazine will cover entertaining, gardening and outdoor living, family, food, holidays, and healthy living. The first issue, the Fall 2016 issue, will drop on October 11, 2016 at a price of $7.99 and will feature the above image.

"The magazine will help inspire readers to create their best homes, families, and lives, while making every moment count," Joanna Gaines said in the press release. "It will encourage readers to make the most of what they have and discover the inherent beauty all around them."

In addition to great recipes and peeks inside inspiring homes, the magazine will also include first-person reflections from Joanna and Chip and a list of the things Joanna is loving right now. Fixer Upper fans will certainly have a full reading list come Fall as The Magnolia Story, the Gaines's first book, is also being released in October.
