Felisha Terrell Says Being a Mom Is the "Most Important Job of My Life" — Meet Her Son

Felisha Terrell is currently dominating our TV screens. In addition to appearing on "Queens," "Dynasty," and "BMF," the 44-year-old actor is now starring as the antagonistic Daphne Finch in ABC's "The Company You Keep." While Terrell may play a conniving mob boss on screen, off camera, she's a loving mother to her son, Noah Kellan Burston, whom she shares with longtime partner Donae Burston.
It's unclear exactly when Terrell and Donae first began dating, but they welcomed their son in August 2017. In honor of Noah's first birthday in 2018, Terrell thanked her son in a sweet Instagram tribute for "blessing me with the best and most important job of my life." She wrote, "Being your mommy is such a gift and I am grateful every single day. Happy 1st birthday my angel! We love you to the moon and back!"

Noah Kellan Burston
Terrell gave birth to her first child, a son named Noah Kellan Burston, with partner Donae Burston on Aug. 12, 2017. The actor announced Noah's arrival in a heartfelt post on Instagram five days later.
"Welcome to the world my son! I love you more than words could ever express. Thank you my love @thurstonburstoniii for this beautiful gift!" she wrote. "You arrived on 8-12-17..a day that forever changed my life in the most beautiful way..but also a day that illuminated a scary and changing America. My hope and prayer is that you, Noah, my beautiful baby boy will be a light of love in this world because you sure are in mine. ❤👶🏽💙."
For the most part, Terrell and her partner keep their son out of the spotlight, but they often document his milestones on social media. For instance, when Noah started kindergarten in August 2022, Terrell shared a photo of Noah holding up a chalkboard that read "First Day of Kindergarten." The board also revealed that Noah wants to be a scientist when he grows up and that he was almost 5 years old at the time.
