Bomb-Sniffing Dogs Up For Adoption

Retired TSA Pups Up For Adoption — but There's a Catch

The Transportation Security Administration announced late last year that dogs that have retired from duty or didn't make the cut as bomb-sniffers would be available for adoption. The dogs, which range in age from 2 to 10, have been trained for duty but were raised in kennels and are not used to living in a home with other people. They all, however, are spayed and neutered and would love to find their forever homes. There's just one catch — while the dogs are free to adopt, you have to go to San Antonio to get them. Find out more information on the TSA's press release.
