Pet owners love to get creative with their furry friends' costumes on Halloween night, and this couple is no exception. Reddit user Jennandtonic29 shared a photo with her boyfriend and their adorable dog dressed up as Wanda, Cosmo, and Timmy Turner from the popular Nickelodeon cartoon series, The Fairly OddParents. To perfect the cartoonish look, Jennandtonic29 says she used Jerome Russell's B Wild Color Spray to nail Wanda and Cosmo's signature bright pink and green hair colors.
