Larry the adorable Shih Tzu had a rough time before PETA rescued him. He was abandoned in a rabbit hutch and was suffering from infections and worms, not to mention a severe case of matted fur. But PETA stepped in and brought him to a vet and eventually found him a loving home. In this video, Larry and his new human tell his story through notecards and express their gratitude for PETA.
