Teen Takes His Pretty Kitty to Prom, Melts Hearts Everywhere

Not being able to find a human date wasn't about to stop Sam Steingard from attending his school's prom last year. Instead, he won the hearts of many by dressing up the family cat, Ruby, in a pretty pink dress and taking her along instead.

Sam's sister, Caroline, posted the above picture to Imgur, either showing off or poking fun (as sisters do), and told Love Meow, "[Ruby] loves Sam because he likes to talk to her in a baby voice and he will give her treats once in a while."
