Nicky Hilton Shares Her Must-Have Products, From Lip Products to a Cozy Robe

Nicky Hilton has an eye for style, from her chic fashion sense to her taste for interior design. "My go-to look is a pair of jeans, a button-down shirt, a pair of ballet flats, and a great blazer," Hilton tells PS. She's in her garden party dress era and loves floral dresses from Oscar de la Renta, she reveals. In general, Hilton gravitates toward classic and timeless style, and that extends to her home decor as well.
Inspired by her family's love for entertaining, Hilton and her mom, Kathy, partnered with Ruggable to design their own rug collection. "We work really well together because we have very, very similar tastes," she says of working with her mom. "We like and dislike the same things, so it makes it really easy. There's no arguments in that department."
Hilton tells PS that her home aesthetic leans toward traditional, classic, and feminine design with a cozy and warm feel, but she likes to add modern accessories for a contemporary flair. Comfortability is also top of mind. "I love having a cozy carpet under my feet when I make my morning coffee at 6:00 AM," she says. "All of our rugs come in runners, and they're so chic for the bathroom, the kitchen, and hallways."
The family is also known for their extraordinary parties, and Hilton gave us a few hosting tips, just in time for the summer. "I always think a curated guest list is really important, and having an eclectic group of people, different ages and always making sure everyone feels comfortable and introducing everyone," she says. Good food is crucial for a party's success, and she's currently loving tea sandwiches, macarons, lemonade, and iced tea. She also recommends setting the vibe with lighting and a good playlist. "I love the Y2K hits, Coldplay, and Lana del Rey."

"I have been obsessed with Rosebud Perfume Co. Rosebud Salve ($3) since I was in high school, so there's definitely something nostalgic about it," says Hilton. Formulated with surgical-grade petrolatum, the multipurpose balm can help heal and soothe chapped lips and dry patches on the skin. "I'm sort of addicted to having my lips hydrated, so I love it."

Hilton also uses the U Beauty Plasma Lip Compound ($68) when she wants a tinted lip treatment. "I love it because it hydrates and plumps your lips, and it just makes your lips soft and smooth," she says. It's formulated with peptides, ceramides, a gentle blend of AHAs and BHAs, shea butter, and beeswax. It comes in 13 shades, and Hilton loves sporting the pale petal pink shade.

Hilton starts her mornings with a facial massage using the Omni Hiraya Ginto Face Sculpting Tool ($230) and the U Beauty Face Oil. "There's just so many different ways to use it," she says. "It's great for de-puffing, sculpting, and lymphatic drainage. If I have extra time, I'll even put it in the freezer before to really get the benefits."

"Some people, when they come home, get into sweatpants, I get into robes," says Hilton. She has a range of robes in rotation, but she's currently loving the Printfresh Bagheera Satin Robe ($184, originally $248). "I travel with them. They're easy to pack, they don't wrinkle, and they come in all of the cutest prints," she says. "I sleep in a robe every night."

Hilton has the Ruggable x The Hiltons Chrysler Rug ($399) in her breakfast room at her country house. "I love the pale blue moment," she says, noting that it brightens her space up, adding a luxurious flair. "I love the Chrysler rug because it goes with any style of home. We lived in the Waldorf Towers, and the view from our suite was the Chrysler Building. We saw that every single day, so we were definitely inspired by that."
Hilton also appreciates the durability and easy maintenance of the rug, especially with a home filled with kids and pets. "You can throw these rugs in the wash — it is such a game changer."
