We love a good luxury skin-care product, and Stephens does too. She has dry skin, and a pretty simple skin-care routine, but always finishes it off with this La Mer The Renewal Oil Face Oil ($270). "I do a cleanser, I do a serum, just a regular moisturizer. I do [the oil] at the very end. It's just a really nice ending. It feels nice. It kind of seals everything." Technically this is a multipurpose oil, suitable for your face, nails, hair, and body, but Stephens says, "this oil I only use on my face . . . I like to wake up and my skin to be very soft. I don't like to wake up and feel like I left all of my products on my pillow . . . I don't want to waste my stuff. I'm paying good money for this. It needs to go inside my skin." We can definitely relate.
Pro tip: Stephens is on the road a whopping 40 weeks of the year, and not just that, but "sometimes you play late matches, sometimes you're playing at one a.m." In such unpredictable situations, Stephens returns back to her skin-care routine, saying "I keep it very simple and compact, because I know even if I finish at one a.m., or I'm getting back to the hotel at midnight, I can do my [skin-care routine] and it's something I can feel really good about."
