19/99 Lip Ointment ($24)

"This lip ointment has long been on my list of beauty favorites, and it's an item I gift to friends and family every year. It's the perfect clear gloss for plump and hydrated lips. It's not sticky, it leaves your skin feeling moisturized, and that packing? The perfect '90s vibe if I ever saw one. Just stick a bow on it and you're ready to go." — Renee Rodriguez, senior staff writer and producer
