Omnilux Contour Face ($395)
Out of all the antiaging products I've started to use, my red light therapy essentials have to be my favorite. The Omnilux mask is lightweight, FDA-cleared, and HSA- and FSA-eligible. It uses red and near-infrared LED wavelengths to help rejuvenate skin, fade pigmentation, and improve firmness. Sessions are 10 minutes long, so I tend to reach for it when I'm multitasking — folding laundry while watching TV in the evenings, for example — but if I really want to soak in some "me" time, I actually love making red light therapy part of my meditation.
When I can lay under my Celluma Face ($795), another FDA-cleared product, it's a real treat. I try to wind down and decompress from the day under this flexible "dome," which emits even stronger wavelengths (blue: 465nm / red: 640nm / near-infrared: 880nm), and offers two settings, including acne and wrinkles, both at 30 minutes per session. Honestly, I'd recommend self-gifting either product, depending on what type of person you are and whether or not you like to lay down or keep moving during a session.
