I Used This Samsung Phone to Identify Outfits on "The Devil Wears Prada 2" Red Carpet

"I've long been a fan of Samsung phones for the camera — let's face it: there's no competition. (See Exhibit A: me recording fish underwater while snorkeling, and the content is as clear as ever.) The camera certainly came in handy at "The Devil Wears Prada 2" premiere, where I zoomed at a whopping 10x and still got great footage of Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Stanley Tucci, Emily Blunt, and surprise guest Lady Gaga onstage. But that's only the beginning.

On the day of the premiere, I also discovered Bixby, the AI-powered virtual assistant available on Samsung devices, wearables, and smart appliances. Using voice-driven control (because I was in the middle of doing my makeup), I asked Bixby to book my Uber ride to Lincoln Center for the premiere, and later, to research movie times to go see "The Devil Wears Prada 2" again with my best girlfriends. I like to think of Bixby as my personal assistant like Jin — we all need some administrative help sometimes, right?

Finally, and this may be my favorite feature: I was able to use Circle to Search, a Google-powered feature on the S26 Ultra, to do my fashion job for me: it can identify designers or pull up similar pieces for any look you capture.
