Dyson V8 Plus Cordless Vacuum ($270, originally $390)

I have been incredibly excited to get a Dyson vacuum for my apartment, and the Dyson V8 sounds like the perfect choice. It's cordless, lightweight, and reportedly handles hair — even pet hair — without a problem. When you're finished, you just pop it on the charger, which sounds so simple and convenient. At $270, it feels like a total steal, especially if you're short on storage space.
