Use Ice Cubes to Steam Clean Clothes

No Iron? No Problem! Use Ice Cubes to Steam Wrinkles

Wrinkles are a serious pain — especially when you're in a hurry. Instead of plugging in the iron and rushing through a quick ironing only to see the wrinkles pop back, we came across a life hack on Twitter that we had to try. Here's what you do:

  1. Set your dryer to the highest setting and toss in your clothes. We put a couple of highly wrinkled dress shirts and a pair of paints to the test.
  2. Add three to four ice cubes, and turn on your dryer. As it heats up, the dryer melts the ice cubes, creating wrinkle-smoothing steam.

  1. After 10 minutes, remove clothes, give a few snaps, and they are ready to wear.
