Blast music throughout your place, or escape into your headphones. Try to do nothing else but relax and enjoy your favorite artists.

Turn your phone off, and I mean off, not silent. Take a much-needed break from social media and texts, and allow yourself to detach from the world for a little, or even the whole weekend!
Your friends won't actually hate you for wanting to stay in, even though they might guilt you into going out by saying so. Resist any FOMO urges and remind yourself that this weekend is all about you.
Stimulate your mind and de-stress at the same time with artistically and emotionally expressive activities. Draw, paint, dance, write, or whatever you feel inspired to do.
Finally read that book that you haven't found the time to read or catch up on all your favorite shows. Even if it's a guilty pleasure like trying out that new dessert spot, allow yourself to indulge in whatever you please.
Use the money you would've spent on drinks or brunch to invest in a fun sweat session. If classes aren't your thing, treat yourself to new workout leggings or athleisure to inspire you to get active.
Put your kitchen to use and wine and dine yourself with an evening of good food. Try a new recipe if you're brave, or stick to your foolproof classics. Nobody will judge if you choose to eat in bed, either.
Keep your phone off to ensure undisturbed sleep. Go to bed early or sleep in (or both!) to catch up on any lost hours, and don't feel guilty if you want to sprinkle in a nap during the day.
Finally try out those products that you've been forced to neglect in your rushed mornings. DIY a facial mask, bust out body scrubs, and give your skin the love it deserves.
