Smazený Sýr, the Fried Cheese Sandwich

Basically, a mozzarella stick on steroids. Smazený sýr, meaning "fried cheese" in Czech, is a slice of fried, breaded edam cheese in between two buns and is typically eaten with tartar sauce or mayonnaise.
