This Cabin in New Hampshire Is on Its Own Island, and It's So Affordable to Rent

Do you dream of living on your own private island someday? If the answer is yes, then, same, and we've already got our eyes on this adorable little getaway in New Hampshire. The A-frame cabin at Oliver Lodge is located on an island in the middle of Lake Winnipesaukee, and its views are pretty unbeatable. Did we mention there's a diving board?

Up to six people can fit in the cabin, but if you can convince someone to sleep on the futon, you could probably squeeze in a few more friends. And with a nightly rate of $390 (plus a one-time cleaning fee of $200), it won't cost much per person. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, so no need to shell out extra cash on restaurants during your relaxed getaway. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that while the island itself is private and secluded, this resort is comprised of five other cabins, so chances are you'll be sharing the lake with a few other groups.

If you're a fiend for the outdoorsy parts of life like sunbathing, swimming, fishing, canoeing, or kayaking, this quaint little cabin could easily be the private island getaway of your dreams.
