Have leftover pizza in the fridge that's been there overnight? We got you. To start, put a single slice of refrigerated pizza into a nonstick skillet or frying pan and place it over a burner turned to medium-high heat. Cover the pan with a lid, and allow the pizza to cook for two to three minutes, or until the lid becomes clouded with steam. Once your lid is steamed up, lift the lid and add just about a teaspoon of water to the pan. The small amount of steam generated by the water will allow the cheese to melt and the toppings to finish heating through without drying things out or leaving your crust soggy. Once that water has cooled off, you can take your pan off the heat and (carefully!) transfer your slice to a plate. Though your pizza will probably look delicious, it will also be very hot, so try to give your slice at least a few minutes to cool down before you dig in.
If you don't mind the taste of cold pizza, then you do you. But if you want your day-old slice to taste just as hot and delicious as it did when it first came out of the box, then give this handy hack a try.
