If you're looking for one way to stick to your New Year's resolution for the year, try getting one of the many gadgets we saw at this year's Consumer Electronics Show. Some gadgets help you track steps and sleep while one device wants to make sure you're in tune with how you feel. See them ahead!
1 Feel
Meet the first wearable for your feelings, Feel ($149 preorder, originally $199). The device tracks your emotions via four sensors on the band. The app then provides "guidance" on how to better your well-being and improve whatever emotions are bringing you down. Feel will come in four colors and ship out in September 2017.
2 Motiv
Don't like the look of fitness trackers? Then consider the Motiv Ring ($199), a wearable ring that promises to track your activity and actually keep you working toward a goal. The idea is that you won't actually take off the ring — unlike fitness trackers, which many people remove at night. Combined with the Motiv app, which will remind you of and congratulate you on any fitness goals, you'll actually track your fitness correctly every day.
3 Smith's Lowdown Focus Mpowered by Muse
Relax your mind with Smith's Lowdown Focus Mpowered by Muse, a pair of smart glasses that can measure brainwaves. You can then see the data on an app and try different forms of mediation practices to calm yourself. Unlike Google Glasses or Spectacles, these look just like any normal pair of sunglasses, so you can wear them out and about.
4 Hybrid Smartwatches
Join the smartwatch craze but keep your style with Fossil Group's hybrid smartwatches. The company released a new line: the Armani Exchange hybrid smartwatch ($175, out in February). It retains the look of a classic watch while also tracking your steps and sleep, and comes with other features.
5 Doppel
Control your stress or get amped up with Doppel ($179 preorder). It's a wearable device that emits rhythmic vibrations on your wrist. A faster one will get you alert and a slower one will calm you down. It's perfect for anyone who wants a more natural way of dealing with stress.
6 Paro
If you're someone who loves to cuddle and be around cute animals when you're feeling stressed, then consider buying Paro ($6,000). It's a "therapeutic robot" in the form of a seal, which can sense when you pet it and hug it. It's an adorable device that can help anyone who wants to feel a bit calmer in their life but can't have a pet.
7 ReliefBand Neurowave
If you suffer from motion sickness and hate the feeling, consider investing in ReliefBand Neurowave ($150). It looks like a fitness tracker but has 10 different "intensity settings" to quell your nausea. It's out later this year, but you can opt to get the less sleek version for $95.
8 Wair
Concerned about the air you're breathing and how clean it is? Or maybe you're a cyclist who's tired of inhaling the exhaust from cars as you bike? That's where Wair ($92 preorder) comes in. It looks like a scarf but has an air filtration device built in. The scarf ships later this year.
9 Vagenie
Meet the wearable designed for vagina, the Vagenie ($125 preorder, originally $190). The device makes you do kegels in order to beat a game on an app. It was inspired by France's postpartum policy of asking women to take classes that strengthen the pelvic floor. The product will be available later this year.
