How to Make Your Own Lego Head
OMG, You Can Now Turn Yourself Into a Lego Piece
Think your Lego playing days are over? Think again. Etsy user funky3Dfaces has come up with a genius plan to create your own customized 3D Lego faces, which pretty much has everyone excited about playing with the toys again.
According to his site, you can send in two photos (a selfie, perhaps?), and facial recognition software will then convert the image suitable for a 3D printer. What comes out is an "eerily life-like" 15-millimeter-high head with a five millimeter hole in the neck so you can stick it on any Lego minifigure.
If you want your own customized head, the entire process will take up to two weeks and cost $30. Your favorite childhood pastime just got an adult upgrade!
