While some incredibly useful apps exist for travel, dating, parenting, and so much more, not everything is actually serviceable. If you've ever perused the app store, you'll come across some seemingly superfluous additions to your device. For example, who is buying a $1,000 flag football statistic manager? Not many people, I imagine. Predictably, there are many apps geared toward professions that are over $100. For example, there is a $400 application that assists veterinarians in diagnosing animals as well as a $500 application for dentists. But there are so many more puzzling apps available for download! We've gathered some of the most bizarre for your gawking pleasure ahead.

QSFFStats

According to the app store description, QSFFStats ($1,000) "will allow you to keep track of Flag Football stats for all passing leagues." Users of this app are officially the most intense flag footballers ever.

KGulf

In case you ever need to know exactly what's happening in the Arabian Gulf and Kuwait, KGulf ($500) has you covered. This app is "capable of predicting the tidal currents and water level variations well with a very short simulation time." Well thank goodness! Someone had to do it.

03
Barcelona vs. Madrid

Barcelona vs. Madrid

For a cool $100, you can simulate this "classic rivalry" over and over and over until you're satisfied with spending so much money on Barcelona vs Madrid. The app, according to its app store description, boasts "the most realistic graphics and simulation." Hm.

If you're a millionaire, VIP Black ($1,000) is for you. Literally. You have to confirm you have a networth of over $1 million after you've purchased this concierge app. Users of VIP Black have access to some of the world's most exclusive clubs and perks.

Buddy Repperton's Gold

Gamblers probably wouldn't have a problem shelling out $200 for an app designed by a "highly successful sports handicapper." Buddy Repperton's Gold ($200) allows users to see 8-20 of Buddy's picks for several sports per week. Worth it? Maybe, if you win.

06
app.Cash

app.Cash

Seemingly for seamless checkout, app.Cash ($1,000) is essentially a cash register. According to its app store synopsis, app.Cash is "a stylish system for all purposes." A curious, expensive app, and we're not really sure exactly what that "purpose" is.

07
CyberTuner

CyberTuner

This app has a little more applicable use than the aforementioned ones, but it's still a steep price for a piano tuner. Per its iTunes description, CyberTuner ($1,000) is "the pro piano technician's gold standard tuning software." We'll take its word for that.
