Stan Lee Draws Spider-Man For Boy With Autism
Stan Lee, Spider-Man Creator, Did Something Wonderful For a Boy With Autism

Stan Lee is pretty much the coolest. The cocreator behind Spider-Man, Iron Man, X-Men, and more iconic comic-book characters recently performed an incredible act of kindness. He first heard about 8-year-old Jamel Hunter through a New York Times Neediest Cases Fund piece and was touched by the boy's story. Hunter has autism and is the ultimate Spider-Man fan — his mother pulled all her resources together to give him a Spider-Man birthday party.
So, Lee sketched the boy a portrait of Spider-Man and mailed it to the New York Times reporter behind the story. The sketch is now in the lucky hands of Hunter. Is this the ultimate birthday gift or what?
