Superheroes in Everyday Life
12 Photos of Your Favorite Superheroes Like You've Never Seen Them
Ever wonder what your superheroes do in their off time — you know, when they aren't doing the whole "saving the world" stuff? One photographer is filling in his own ideas of what superheroes and villains do on a daily basis.
Based in Canada, photographer Daniel Picard's series Figures and Statues digitally imposes collectible figures into regular pictures. Whether it's using the bathroom or putting together a Lego set, various figurines are shown living the life you usually live.
The toys Picard uses come from Sideshow Collectibles, a company dedicated to bringing fans the most worthy products from movies and shows. The details on these figures definitely add to Picard's project, which originally began "when he used a robot to stand in for a model during a time-sensitive shoot," according to Feature and Shoot.
Take a look at some of our favorites from Picard's growing collection. If you end up loving it, you can purchase his book that includes several of these photos.
