Gone are those days of waiting in long Target lines! The company announced it has partnered with Instacart, an Internet-based grocery delivery service, to bring products straight to your home. The pilot program is first launching in Minneapolis, MN, where customers will be able to order goods from two local Targets. Items like groceries and home supplies can then be delivered the same day for $4.
The goal, according to Target, is to make shopping more convenient through your mobile phones. This latest news comes after companies like Whole Foods, Safeway, and Costco have started using an online grocery delivery system. And with Target set to join the game, we are picturing just how full our online shopping carts will be.
