"It's a remake, but with a strong touch of Brazilianness . . .to be honest, this photo was taken instinctively. I always loved the photo from Steve Mc Curry, the one with the Afghan girl. Those eyes, the impact they cause always intrigued me. Perhaps, it has been etched in my retina and inadvertently, I redid this photo that I admires so much.
