Only Chelsea Handler Would Laugh This Hard at Getting Slammed

Once again, Chelsea Handler has proved that she can dish it and take it — albeit with an uncontrollable laughing fit. During an appearance on Conan on Tuesday, the comedian targeted Conan O'Brien's beloved sidekick Andy Richter with a not-so-thinly veiled joke about his weight.
