Gluten-Free Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  1. 6-7 slices Gluten-Free bread, cut into pieces.
    1 cup Chocolate Chips
    4 eggs
    2 cups Milk (I used Unsweetened Almond)
    3/4 cup white sugar
    2 pats of butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8×8 pan and fill with the bread/chocolate.

Make the custard by whisking together the eggs, milk, and sugar.  Cut butter into small pieces and dot on top.  Bake for one hour until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
