Also in attendance for the show were brothers Joel Madden and Benji Madden, as well as Nicki Minaj, who donned one of her signature colorful looks. Never been before. Here's comes 'Trouble!'" She also took the stage to present male artist of the year to "Somebody That I Used to Know" singer Gotye, who ended up taking home four awards in total. Although they were unable to attend the show, One Direction snagged best international artist and accepted the recognition by video.

David Beckham Helps Open the Lakers Season With Zac, Katy, and More

David Beckham brought along his Galaxy teammate Robbie Keane to sit courtside at last night's Lakers game in LA.

David Beckham brought along his Galaxy teammate Robbie Keane to sit courtside at last night's Lakers game in LA. A usual face in the front row at the Staples Center, David cheered on the basketball squad with Robbie, an Irish player, on one side and Adam Levine on the other. Adam and David got into the action, though only one brought along their significant other — Adam had his model girlfriend, Behati Prinsloo, by his side, but Victoria Beckham stayed home. Despite the sports action, Adam still took time to send his well wishes to those suffering in the wake of Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast. Adam tweeted, "Sending love to those who need it on the east coast. You are all in our thoughts."

There were plenty more stars on hand in addition to David and Adam. Katy Perry stayed close to her dad and far away from her ex-husband, Russell Brand. Zac Efron was also there to cheer for the Lakers despite their 91-99 loss to the visiting Mavericks.

The girls hung out with Harper's brothers, Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz, as well as family friends Gordon and Tana Ramsay. Gordon and Tana brought their own children, and also chatted with Russell Brand. It was Posh's latest social event of the weekend. She kicked things off Thursday at a CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund party at LA's Chateau Marmont, where she spent a stylish few hours mingling with Jennifer Aniston, Isla Fisher, and Gwen Stefani.

The production included a particularly optimistic note from Monty Python's Eric Idle with "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life."

There was also a tribute to British fashion, with models Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, and Karen Elson strutting their stuff. The royals were in attendance to see the spectacle, with Kate Middleton and Prince Harry having prime seats. Check out all the closing ceremony pictures here!

Rock of Ages: Tom Cruise Doesn't Have Moves Like Jagger

With big hair, wacky musical numbers, and inspired casting choices, Rock of Ages is just as flashy and flamboyant as you would expect from a musical about the rock scene in 1980s LA — but it's not nearly as entertaining as it could be.

With big hair, wacky musical numbers, and inspired casting choices, Rock of Ages is just as flashy and flamboyant as you would expect from a musical about the rock scene in 1980s LA — but it's not nearly as entertaining as it could be. Based on the hit play, the movie has a star-studded cast, with Tom Cruise at center stage as Stacee Jaxx, the biggest rock star in the Rock of Ages universe. Hoping to follow in his footsteps are Drew (Diego Boneta) and Sherrie (Julianne Hough), who are crazy in love and happen to be aspiring singers. They work at The Bourbon Room, a Sunset Strip venue run by Alec Baldwin and Russell Brand, and Catherine Zeta-Jones is the politician's wife who's trying to shut them down.

The characters chronicle their joys, sorrows, and hopes through classic rock hits, which could be a lot of cheesy fun, but instead, it's just cheesy. Rock of Ages has a killer soundtrack and doesn't take itself too seriously, but it's more ridiculous than rocking. To find out why I think the movie falls flat, just keep reading.

Tom, Julianne, and the Rock of Ages Crew Bring Their Musical to London

Tom Cruise, Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, and the whole Rock of Ages gang premiered their picture in London tonight.

Tom Cruise, Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, and the whole Rock of Ages gang premiered their picture in London tonight. The UK screening came after the LA event for Rock of Ages on Friday that brought out a Hollywood crowd including Zac Efron, Josh Duhamel, and writer Justin Theroux. Tom posed for photos with costars Mary J. Blige, Russell Brand, and Paul Giamatti, as well as director Adam Shankman. Some of their costars didn't make the trek to Britain, like Alec Baldwin and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Still, it seems like Tom, Julianne, and company are excited to be in London. Upon her arrival, Julianne tweeted, "Love being here . . . Feels like home." Adam, meanwhile, seems to be quite the royalist. He wrote, "Loving London . . . Scavenging for jubilee mementos!"

Tom Cruise and Julianne Hough Have a Rollicking Rock of Ages Premiere in LA

Tom Cruise, Julianne Hough, and Diego Boneta posed together on the rock-and-roll-themed Rock of Ages red carpet in LA yesterday evening.

Tom Cruise, Julianne Hough, and Diego Boneta posed together on the rock-and-roll-themed Rock of Ages red carpet in LA yesterday evening. While most big premieres happen midweek, this one was enough of a party to merit the Friday-night spot. The trio, with Julianne standing out in her bright yellow dress, were joined by other costars, including Russell Brand and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Josh Duhamel dressed the part in a long wig and no shirt with Fergie by his side, while Zac Efron kept it casual to check out the scene. Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend Justin Theroux wrote the screenplay for Rock of Ages, and he was looking dapper in a sleek suit, though he didn't have Jen on his arm for the arrivals. Aniston did look sexy in white for an event to honor Shirley MacLaine the night before. Also without a date was Tom Cruise, whose wife Katie Holmes is currently in Asia for her own work obligations.

The Rock of Ages gang stuck together after their LA screening last night for an afterparty. Julianne Hough posed alongside her boyfriend, Ryan Seacrest, while her costar Alec Baldwin made the rounds with fiancée Hilaria Thomas. Tom Cruise didn't stay around after the credits rolled, but Malin Akerman and Russell Brand did. The Adam Shankman-directed adaptation of the hit musical opens next Friday on June 15.
