We love seeing hot celebrity couples show up on the red carpet together, but there's nothing quite like getting a glimpse of where the stars really came from. When A-listers arrive to award shows with their family members, it always makes us smile; at Sunday's Oscars, Lupita Nyong'o brought her brother Peter Jr. as her date for the second year in a row, while Fifty Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson walked the red carpet alongside her A-list mom, Melanie Griffith.

The family fun was also prevalent at the Grammy Awards — Meghan Trainor brought her dad as her date, while rapper Wiz Khalifa was joined by his mom and young son, Sebastian. At the SAG Awards, Emma Stone brought her brother, Spencer, as her companion; at the Golden Globes, Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal looked like they were having a ton of fun together, and Jane the Virgin star Gina Rodriguez celebrated her big win with her sister and parents, who couldn't help tearing up with her in the press room.
