Mad Men star Jessica Paré is expecting her first child with her boyfriend, John Kastner! Jessica and John, a musician, have reportedly been together since Spring 2012, and they've made several red carpet appearances together, most recently stepping out for an Emmys event in August. Congratulations to the couple!
