Carrie Underwood's Caged Minidress Was Sexy, but Oh Man, Those Strappy Shoes

Sure, Carrie Underwood walked the ACM Awards red carpet in a sheer dress — but that was just the start of the sexy fashion moments to come. The country singer performed her new single "Church Bells" in a caged look that was strappy from head to toe. Carrie's Manuel Diaz design took a one-sleeved silhouette and hit her right at midthigh, so she could show off her toned legs.
Her custom heels mimicked the metallic strips on her steel-hot dress, and that was all capped off with edgy rings and drop earrings.
