Pizza Planet at Disney's Hollywood Studios Is Being Replaced by a Muppets-Inspired Pizzeria

Looks like Ratatouille's little chef, Remy, has a new rival. A new pizzeria by Muppet Rizzo the Rat is opening this Fall at Disneyland's Hollywood Studios in Muppets Courtyard. The two-story grab-and-go pizza joint is replacing the former Toy Story Pizza Planet and will feature spacious indoor and outdoor seating. You'll be able to find Rizzo's family and friends hidden around the eatery, which Walt Disney Imagineering planned over the years. Instead of a space theme that once dominated the building, a "casual Italian-American dining experience" in the style of Rizzo will be central.

After the "pizza rat" became such a viral sensation, this concept may be genius. But whatever Disney's plans are, we're definitely grabbing a slice on our next trip!
