I knew I wanted an alternative bouquet and chose a design I saw on a website when i was researching flowers. It is twig and copper wire twisted together, with white orchids to contrast against the dress. Copper, because husband works with metal and I thought it would be a fun nod. All the mens/ladies boutinieres were orchids but in pinks and purples. Click over and check it out. (I still have the non-flower part of the bouquet hanging on a wall at my parent's house.)  I think the key thing for brides is to think outside the box :)  https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/xPcKPAoFib0TCH6GGgV45tMTjNZETYmyPJy0liipFm0?feat=directlink

Those giant paper flowers are fun!  They would make for such great photography props!

The brooch one is my favorite... but I'm not sure I would break from tradition on this one. How much would the brooch one hurt during the bouquet toss!
