Katie Has a Snowy Mission and Tom a Fourth Impossible One
Katie Holmes stepped out in snowy Manhattan last night for dinner with friends at Pastis before the opening of the first Hermes Men's Store on Madison Avenue. She was without the main male in her life who could actually use something inside one of the famous orange boxes, since Tom has some fun news to celebrate — he's signed on for Mission Impossible 4 after he and JJ Abrams came up with what they call a "really cool idea" for the plot. Katie, on the other hand, has some big days of couture clothes ahead of her with NY Fashion Week, starting with an afternoon with Suri and meeting with her Holmes and Yang collaborator.

NYC is gearing up for a big blizzard, and Katie Holmes was dressed to keep warm during a Starbucks run with shy Suri this morning. Both girls were in cold weather gear after a warm weekend in Miami with Tom for the Super Bowl. Katie and Tom also had time for some adults-only fun when they met up with his Knight and Day costar Cameron Diaz and her dancing buddy Alex Rodriguez at a pregame party.

Cameron Diaz joined Katie Holmes, Tom and Suri Cruise yesterday as the crew enjoyed the afternoon together along with a ton of celebrities at the Super Bowl in Miami. The Knight and Day costars wrapped up additional filming in the Caribbean last week — Cameron even had time to enjoy an afternoon of downtime in her bikini. Cameron's personal life was under the microscope this weekend as she was spotted spending time with Kate Hudson's ex A-Rod during a party Saturday night, though he was also seen looking close with a brunette.

Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise were back in their matching Holmes and Yang dresses yesterday as they visited a dance studio in LA. The girls are together again in California after Katie's recent trip to the Sundance Film Festival, where she premiered two of her upcoming movies, The Extra Man and The Romantics. Katie also had time for a party with a few of her costars, and Elijah Wood even got her talking about her interest in doing a musical.

The Sundance Film Festival rolled on today with Katie Holmes, Josh Duhamel and Adam Brody heading out for a screening of The Romantics. A few of their costars, like Anna Paquin and Dianna Agron, missed out on this afternoon's premiere and last night's big party, though both actresses turned out for last Saturday's SAG Awards. Josh Duhamel had his wife Fergie by his side in the theater, but Katie was rolling solo as her husband Tom is back in LA continuing to work on Knight and Day and do some impressive stunts all on his own.
