The little one, who goes by the nickname Cinco, was too cute leading his dad by the hand and playing with his trucks at the seaside. Usher Heads to South America to Be by Tameka's Side
Usher was spotted leaving a hospital in Brazil on Saturday, where he has been since rushing to be by his wife Tameka Foster's side. Earlier this month, Tameka suffered a heart attack right before she was going to undergo a liposuction procedure in the South American country. Usher was spotted on his way back to the states on Monday, but perhaps spending Valentine's Day together helped raise Tameka's spirits as she continues to recover and hopefully is able to return home to her family soon.

Usher Raymond IV brought his mini me, Usher Raymond V, to the park in LA yesterday with a female friend. The little guy enjoyed a ride on the swings and showed off his sharp style in daddy's arms. At almost 1 year old, the newest in the line of Ushers is looking so grown up already and pretty soon he'll be a big brother as Tameka, who didn't join her family for the trip to the playground, is expecting again.
