Blake and the Girls Keep the Gossip Going
Blake Lively stuck close by her security guard yesterday on the NYC set of Gossip Girl. She was joined by Taylor Momsen and Kelly Rutherford for the afternoon of filming, as the cast continues work on the third season, which returns with a new episode on March 8. Their male costars weren't on hand, with Chace Crawford having headed West to premiere Twelve at Sundance before traveling to LA to take in some of the Grammy festivities.
Gossip Girl Loses a Role Model and Might Get a Vampire
Leighton Meester, Taylor Momsen and Jessica Szohr were joined on the Gossip Girl set in Brooklyn by only one of the guys, Penn Badgley, yesterday. Taylor took a smoke break between scenes which is just another way she's not looking to be a role model. Meanwhile, Chace Crawford is headed to Park City tomorrow for the Sundance premiere of Twelve — Buzz and I got a chance to see the movie already, so stay tuned to hear about his leading man transformation.
Chace Stops For Gossip Between Western Obligations
Chace Crawford layered up walking to the set of Gossip Girl in NYC on Thursday. We still have a few weeks to wait before the show is back from hiatus, though the cast has been working hard for most of the month while some big spoilers have started to leak about what to expect from its return. Both Chace and Ed took in some of the award season fun last weekend, and Mr. Crawford could be heading West again with his Twelve premiering at Sundance.
Taylor Has Her Hands Full With the Gossip Guys on Set
Taylor Momsen was the lone female star of Gossip Girl on the NYC set yesterday with Ed Westwick, Chace Crawford, and Penn Badgley. We've seen lots of the whole cast continuing to film this season, but with a variety of projects going on for all the actors, it's hard to have them all in the same place at one time. Ed, for one, is back on the East Coast after his big Golden Globes weekend in LA with Jessica Szohr, while Taylor stayed in the Big Apple for an event with Victoria's Secret.

The cameras were rolling on the NYC set of Gossip Girl yesterday for Taylor Momsen, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley. Chace Crawford was back to work following his exciting weekend in LA for the Golden Globes. Jessica Szohr and Ed Westwick also went west for the Art of Elysium charity event and the awards show afterparties, though they weren't on hand for the afternoon of filming.
The Gossip Girl Kids Know Exactly What They Want
The cast of Gossip Girl took last night off from working on their show to toast their costume designer Eric Daman at an event for his book You Know You Want It in NYC. Eric had his leading ladies on the red carpet for support, with Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Jessica Szohr, and Michelle Trachtenberg coming out for the bash. Ed Westwick and Sebastian Stan accompanied their girlfriends, as did a newly dark-haired Olivia Palermo.
Blake Stays True to Her TV Roots With the Gossip Gang
Leighton Meester and Ed Westwick joined most of the Gossip Girl gang yesterday in NYC to keep working on their current season. Blake Lively, Chace Crawford, and Jessica Szohr were filming last week as well, but now Blake's making news due to another of her projects — she's signed on to star opposite Ryan Reynolds in The Green Lantern, though you all seem split on whether you think she's ready for leading lady status. Blake has certainly hit her stride as Serena van der Woodsen on the small screen, and we'll see more from her and the other Upper East Siders in a few more weeks.
Cover Girl Taylor and Golden Boy Chace Get Back to Work
Gossip Girl costars Chace Crawford and Taylor Momsen were hard at work filming in NYC today for the second afternoon in a row. Chace will soon be swapping the East Coast for the West, when he heads to LA to join other stars like Cameron Diaz presenting at the Golden Globes — fill out Buzz's ballot with all your predictions and enter to win an Apple TV and an iTunes gift card! Chace isn't the only one with some non-Upper East Side activity going on, since Taylor's also showing off her rocker style on the February cover of Seventeen.
The Gossip Girls and Guys Are Back to Work in NYC
Blake Lively and Chace Crawford were on the NYC set of Gossip Girl today alongside Penn Badgley, Jessica Szohr, and Taylor Momsen. They're back to work after going their separate ways over the holiday hiatus — Leighton Meester partied in Miami while Blake Lively stayed closer to home to make sure the red-carpet scene was covered. Leighton wasn't around for the day of filming nor was she in attendance at last night's People's Choice Awards, where Nicole Scherzinger sang her part in Cobra Starship's "Good Girls Go Bad."
